The management of Crystal Clear Films is seeking an investment of $500,000 which will enable the company to create a high quality documentary which will be focused primarily on the American market, but will be made available to the European market.

The management is willing to sell five 10% interests in Crystal Clear Films for $100,000 each. 

This investment should be considered high risk but if we are successful in marketing this film - and it will be shown at a number of film festivals - the return on investment should be very significant.  Any investor in this project should consult with a lawyer to insure that no State or Federal security laws are being violated.

The management is considering an investment of $10 million to finance the create of a full feature film and will be approaching Lionsgate Entertainment to determine if this company will distribute the film across the U.S. and around the world.
